Training: Adapting Vroom Content

Module 3: Formats

Formats

There are a few possible formats for sharing Vroom Content.

When you make your Adaptation Plan, you will choose the best formats for your audience and trusted messengers. The delivery channels you choose will also have a strong influence on the formats you choose.

Here are some examples of formats that might suit various delivery channels:

  1. In-Person Interactions:
Standard two-part Vroom Tip structure on physical materials, in verbal exchanges, when performing behavior modeling.
  1. Digital Messaging:
Modified Vroom Tips to fit SMS character limits, audio messages.
  1. Social Media:
Animations, videos, modified Vroom Tip structures where the activities are part of an image and the Brainy Background is included in the accompanying text.
  1. Public Spaces:
Vroom Tip activity stations, behavior modeling and caregiver encouragement, signage.

In Your Context

Consider how a delivery channel already used by your organization might influence the format you share Vroom Tips in. Do you think for the most part you will be able to use our standard two-part Activity and Brainy Background format? Or will you need to adapt the content for a specific format?
